It’s a fantastic time of the year to say YES and try something brand new! We absolutely love introducing Pilates + Strength training to beginners and we pride ourselves in making everyone feel capable and empowered in their workouts.

Fun Fact, we are wildly passionate about movement!

Enjoy consistent, high quality movement over the course of 40 days. Participate in classes that are suitable for beginners, pregnancy, diverse (bigger bodies) and those with non-complex injuries. Choose from a variety of Reformer Pilates Classes and also a selection of Strength (weights) classes. Choose from our current timetable of over 70+ classes per week, including Saturday + Sunday Classes.

Rest + Restore Classes

In addition to the physical classes, the challenge includes self-care practices that promote holistic well-being and inner balance. We are adding additional rest + restore stretch classes to assist in reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and fostering a deep sense of relaxation.

Holistic Movement + Expert Support

Our Spring into Spring Challenge package will give you the opportunity to choose from Reformer Pilates or Strength training. The package includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure you are booking into classes that will suit your needs.

Prizes + Challenge Bingo

We have to have a bit of fun with it! Throughout the 40 days, there will be a variety of achievements to unlock! Achievements might be as simple as trying a new class style, or posting your journey on Instagram! and of cause there is some incredible prizes to be won!
