Strength Performance
Our Strength Classes are perfect if you’re new to strength training, returning from a non-complex injury, managing peri/menopause, or want exercise physiology coaching in a small group environment.
We offer specialised strength classes in our boutique, intimate gym with a maximum of 6 people per class. We run 6-week strength blocks, which means for 6 consecutive weeks you will have a key focus for your classes. This means that for 6 weeks you will be doing the same exercises, with an opportunity to work on progressing the movements and recording your progress in our very own app.
The premise of our strength performance classes is to have a key 'lift' that is the focus for each day.
Eg - Mondays we focus on deadlift. After each 6 week block we will change the key lift and on which day it falls on. Each session we will ensure that you work on
mobility to assist with improving the main lift
core connection to ensure you are learning to lift safely and efficiently
joint stability to ensure you are connecting with the right muscles in your lift
whole body movement to ensure you leave feeling amazing
Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs)
Our small-group, exercise-physiology–led strength classes give you expert coaching at a fraction of the cost of private sessions. In groups of just six, you’ll learn proper barbell squats, deadlifts, and functional lifts—complete with hands-on support, personalised modifications, and injury-safe progressions.
Think of it as quality 1:1 care, delivered affordably and in community.Perfect if you are navigating non-complex injuries or pain and want an exercise routine that is based in science and improving overall health outcomes.

Your body is unique — and the way you move, train, and build strength should reflect that.
All of our strength classes are run by Exercise Physiologists with a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury recovery, and women’s health across the lifespan. This allows us to tailor movement to your body, support you through life’s changes, and help you build strength that feels both safe and empowering.

We highly recommend booking in for an Initial Screening with one of our Exercise Physiologists before joining our classes.
These screenings we will:
Find baseline measures (work out the starting point of what weights you will be lifting)
Educate about form and technique and bring your awareness to what is important
Educate re: breathing and lifting - very important components to look after our pelvic floor health
Brainstorm any modifications you might require due to restrictions in your body
Ensure you feeling comfortable in the gym setting, and excited about the classes
Understand how you will be tracking your progress throughout the weeks
Our Strength Timetable
