No. Many clients start as complete beginners. A Strength Assessment is the best place to begin if you want support with technique and confidence.
Is Strength x Run suitable if I feel intimidated by running?
Yes. It’s designed to be judgement-free and beginner-friendly. You’ll get coaching on pacing and technique in a supportive environment, with strength work that improves durability.
What if I have pain or injuries?
That’s exactly what we’re trained for. Our EPs coach with a clinical lens and can modify exercises to suit your body and goals.
