STRENGTH TRAINING, DONE DIFFERENTLY.
Small-group strength training with expert coaching, thoughtful programming and genuine progression — designed for different bodies, different starting points and different goals.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO TRAIN
You don't need to choose between support and progression.
Some people need more support than a conventional gym provides — but that doesn't mean they want to spend forever doing rehabilitation exercises.
At any.BODY, we can start with your body, health, injuries and current capacity, then progressively build towards genuine strength and fitness.
Start where you are.
Build from there.
01
UNDERSTAND YOUR STARTING POINT
Begin with an Exercise Physiology Initial Consultation so we understand your goals, movement history, current capacity and anything we need to consider.
02
BUILD YOUR PROGRAM
We'll create a strength pathway appropriate for your starting point and level of support.
03
PROGRESS
Train consistently, increase load, develop confidence and keep building strength and fitness over time.
HOW WE TRAIN
Consistency is how you get stronger.
We don't change the workout every week just for the sake of variety. Our Strength & Performance classes run in structured six-week training blocks, giving you repeated exposure to key movements so you can improve your technique, build confidence and progressively increase load.
Each day of the week has a different training focus. For example:
An example training split — the focus areas rotate every six weeks.
The program runs consistently for six weeks before rotating. So if you regularly train on a Monday, for example, you'll revisit the same key movement pattern across the block rather than doing a completely unrelated workout each week.
That consistency allows us to track what you're lifting, refine technique and progressively increase the challenge over time.
Because getting stronger requires progression.
Strength adaptations happen when we progressively challenge the body. That's why our programming isn't built around simply moving for 45 minutes or making every session different. We want you to develop the confidence and capacity to gradually lift more over time.
This is particularly important for women as we think about maintaining muscle, strength and bone health across the lifespan.
You don't need to already be strong to train here.

Do I need strength-training experience?
No — we build your program from wherever you're starting, whether that's your first time lifting or returning after time away.
Do I need an Initial Consultation?
Yes. It's how we understand your goals, movement history and current capacity before building your strength pathway.
Can I train if I have pain or previous injuries?
Yes. Our Exercise Physiologists build your program around your body, so you can train and progress safely alongside any considerations.
What if I'm over 60?
Our Osteo Strong pathway is EP-led and focused on strength, bone health, balance and long-term capacity for this stage of life.
