6 Week Baby Friendly Postnatal Program

Join our Women’s Health Accredited Exercise Physiologists for a guided 6 week program that teaches you how to safely restore your core and pelvic floor strength after giving birth.

Restore your body after birth, prevent prolapse & urinary leakage. Receive expert advice to ensure safe return to exercise, specific pelvic floor rehabilitation and exercises for recovery of ab separation.
