Meet Holly
BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED
SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)
Holly is deeply passionate about supporting and advocating for women throughout all stages of life. She has dedicated her career to women’s health, musculoskeletal care, and invisible illnesses, creating a compassionate and specialized approach to movement and rehabilitation.
Having worked exclusively in private practice since graduating, Holly has gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal, pelvic health, and invisible illness exercise physiology. As our resident Women’s Health Specialist, she completed her Master’s of Women’s Health Medicine with Excellence through the University of New South Wales in 2023. She specializes in pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, and complex pelvic health conditions, ensuring that women receive the care, understanding, and movement solutions they deserve.
Holly also has a keen interest in invisible illnesses, working primarily with women navigating hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), dysautonomia (including POTS), chronic fatigue, and complex pain conditions. Her gentle, patient-led approach helps individuals build trust in movement and regain confidence in their bodies.
In addition to her clinical work, Holly is a mentor to our any.BODY team, a continuing education provider, and a trainer for instructors with a special interest in women’s health and invisible illnesses.

Meet Georgia
BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)
Georgia is passionate about women’s health and invisible illnesses, specializing in supporting women navigating the menopausal transition, breast cancer recovery, hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), POTS, and dysautonomia. She excels in creating tailored movement solutions for individuals with complex pain conditions, including SIJ pain and chronic musculoskeletal challenges.
With Georgia, you’ll feel listened to, validated, and supported—your unique needs will always be at the forefront of every session. She has extensive experience helping women in bigger bodies find strength and confidence in movement, ensuring every person she works with feels safe, empowered, and capable.
When it comes to Pilates, Georgia brings joy and encouragement to all of her classes. Whether in group reformer or clinical Pilates, she designs creative, thoughtful, and well-structured programs tailored to each individual. Her adaptive and intentional communication ensures that every person feels seen and supported.
Meet Hannah
BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)
Hannah brings a unique blend of movement expertise and compassionate care to her work as an Exercise Physiologist. With exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of how movement impacts both the body and mind, she is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their movement journey.
Hannah has a keen interest in supporting individuals who may feel unsure or hesitant in movement settings, including those who are neurodivergent, managing neurological conditions, or seeking a more supportive and individualized approach to exercise. She understands that every person’s movement experience is different and takes the time to create a safe, welcoming, and adaptable space for all.
As a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, Hannah provides care for:

Women navigating the complexities of menopause, focusing on strength, bone health, and overall well-being

Meet Rachel
BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)
Rachel is a dedicated Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist with a deep passion for supporting individuals with invisible illnesses and complex health needs. Currently undergoing intensive mentorship with our principal AEP, Holly, Rachel is expanding her expertise in the specialized care of hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), POTS, and conditions affecting exercise tolerance.
With lived experience of an invisible illness, Rachel brings compassion, empathy, and a unique understanding to her work. She knows firsthand the challenges of navigating movement with unpredictable symptoms and is committed to helping others feel safe, supported, and empowered in their movement journey.
Rachel also has a keen interest in women’s health, including:
Pre & postnatal care, supporting recovery and strength-building
Managing movement through the complexities of menopause
Adapting exercise for those with low energy and chronic fatigue
Her approach is gentle, patient-led, and deeply validating, ensuring that each client receives individualized care that respects their body’s needs. With Rachel, movement is about rebuilding trust, creating stability, and finding confidence in what your body can do. every person feels seen and supported.
Meet Zoe
DIPLOMA QUALIFIED PILATES TRAINER
Through her own health journey, Zoe is passionate about supporting other women with Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia through exercise. Zoe knows the importance of individualised care when it comes to managing life with hypermobility, and she thrives when providing tailored movement support. Along with her nurturing and empathetic attitude, this experience has allowed Zoe to help many women in overcoming their fear and anxiety with exercise.
As a diploma qualified Pilates instructor, she works closely with our Senior Exercise Physiologists Elle and Holly to provide personalised movement solutions for those with invisible illnesses. Zoe continually develops her education and understanding to help clients manage their chronic conditions and is invested in ensuring the highest level of exercise care.
Zoe also has extensive knowledge and experience working with clients in diverse bodies, and helps women improve their relationship with movement.
Meet Jennie
DIPLOMA QUALIFIED PILATES TRAINER
Jen is our studio coordinator and client liaison manager. Her energy and liveliness is the welcoming front to the studio, and all our members know she brings this energy to her pilates classes. Jen’s positive attitude, paired with her systematic approach towards class planning ensures each session provides a variety of movements and goals, where you’ll leave feeling energised and uplifted.
Having completed her Diploma in Pilates for Rehabilitation, Jennie works closely with our Exercise Physiologists to continuously grow her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and enhance her pilates sessions. She loves working with clients to help improve their confidence in a group reformer setting, as well as those that struggle with aches and pains to move and feel better.
