Our team of women’s health exercise physiologists provides expert, evidence-based movement solutions for a wide range of conditions. We are NDIS registered, accept DVA referrals, and see clients under Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans with Medicare rebates.

1:1 Appointments

Our 1:1 exercise physiology sessions provide individualized support and expert guidance to help you move safely, build strength, and manage your health with confidence. Whether you’re starting out on your movement journey or have complex needs that require a tailored approach, these sessions offer the education, structure, and personalized direction you need.

We are NDIS registered, accept EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) and CDM (Chronic Disease Management) referrals, and provide evidence-based exercise solutions for a wide range of conditions.

Some Examples of when to see an Exercise Physiologist:

Don’t know what exercises to do after having a baby, or having cancer, or having surgery, or find movements can cause you pain

  • have had a baby in the last 5 years and have concerns about your pelvic floor, including feeling heaviness in your pelvis, or pain during sex

  • have a condition like EDS/hyper-mobility, POTS, CFS/ME or fibromyalgia

  • have pain and traditional therapies have not helped

  • have a condition like prolapse and want to exercise safely

  • have had a hysterectomy or laparoscopy or mastectomy surgery and want support in rehabilitation

  • want to improve your relationship with movement, but have a distrust of traditional movement settings like Gym’s and fitness centres

  • want to start exercising but unsure what movement to do to ensure you feel comfortable and capable

  • have re-occurring pain and injuries

  • are pregnant and want to keep moving safely

  • have been told you have osteoporosis, or at risk of osteopenia and want to use exercise to help support your bones

1:3 Clinical Classes

Our Clinical 1:3 Classes provide the perfect balance between individualized care and a supportive group setting. Run in our Pilates Equipment Studio, you will be working closely with an exercise physiologist incorporating a Pilates approach. You’ll continue progressing toward your specific rehabilitation, strength, or movement goals with a program tailored to your needs.

Often the next step after 1:1 appointments, these sessions allow you to build confidence, refine movement patterns, and stay accountable in a small-group environment. Expect education, a personalized approach, unique exercises that work, and compassionate support—all designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your overall well-being.

  • We also have Clinical Strength classes run in our Gym, which are great if you are looking to get a tailored approach to lifting weights and building strength.

Our Strength Performance Classes provide expert guidance in a structured, small-group setting to help you build strength safely and effectively. With a focus on proper lifting technique, progressive strength development, and individualized modifications, these sessions are perfect for all levels.
