Your journey starts with an Initial Consultation. Gain confidence & clarity on exactly how you can best support your mind and body for a healthy pregnancy. Learn tools to minimise pain, tearing or pelvic floor dysfunction & prepare for your birth. A big part of our prenatal journey is understanding what is important for your postnatal recovery. We can help you gain that clarity, and be informed as to what to expect, what to do once you have had your baby!

Our Clinical Pilates Classes are the most economical way to get a personalised approach to your prenatal exercise journey. In these classes we can provide you with exactly it is that you need (weights, stretching, breathing, Pilates) and in most combination its a combination of all of the above!

Look for Beginner Group Reformer on our Timetable
Increase the amount of movement you are doing by participating in our Beginner Group Reformer classes. Run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, these classes will help you keep moving in a safe environment with focus on pelvic strength (glutes + core) and flowing movement with breath!

Look for Stretch & Flow Reformer on our Timetable
Struggling with fatigue, mental clarity and motivation? Support your mind with our stretch & flow reformer classes. The reformer is a great tool to use during pregnancy for mobility and stretching, as it provides support for your joints, so you can focus on alignment, breath and control. Get guided by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, into active stretches that will calm your mind, help prepare you for birth and help connect you with your breath.

Prepare your mind and body for birth and beyond with our 6 Week Birth Prep Program. Enjoy movement and practical, holistic prenatal care that will help you feel empowered for the birth of your bub.
Prenatal Pilates can be so much more than just safe! In our 6 Week Birth Prep Program, gain a clear understanding of what you can do to prepare your mind and body for the birth of bub and also your postpartum recovery period.
