  • Group Reformer Pilates – Building core and pelvic floor awareness.

  • Strength Classes – Supporting stability, endurance, and posture.

  • Clinical Exercise Sessions – Tailored birth prep exercises guided by an Exercise Physiologist.

This program is suitable for women at any stage of pregnancy who want to:

How do I know when the classes are run?

The best thing to do is to download our app. There is a handy link via the header of the website. You will then see we have nearly 100 classes on the schedule, and as we specialise in prenatal care, you are able to attend all of them! You will see we have a variety of group reformer times, clinical times and strength times on the schedule.

Do I need prior experience with Pilates or Strength Training?

We are experts at teaching beginners and understand that feeling certain and sure of what movements you are doing is empowering! Our Exercise Physiologists will provide expert guidance with clear instructions on how to do movements that are suited for your body type, how you are feeling and any symptoms you are potentially managing.

How is this different from regular prenatal yoga or pilates?

Unlike general prenatal yoga or Pilates, this program:

  • Doesn’t just focus on ‘safe’ movement, it focuses on movements that will help you understand your body, how its changing and how to use exercise to holistically manage its needs

  • Combines strength training and reformer Pilates as a well-balanced holistic approach to prenatal care. This is the gold standard in balancing all your needs.

  • Includes clinical sessions focused on birth preparation, pelvic floor health, and postural support. These sessions are excellent to get all your questions answered, and help you feel in control and also ready for your postpartum recovery

  • Is led by experienced Exercise Physiologists specializing in pregnancy and women’s health

What are the benefits of strength training during pregnancy?

Strength training during pregnancy can help:
💪 Reduce back and pelvic pain.
🏃 Improve endurance for labor.
🛌 Aid postpartum recovery.
🔄 Support better posture and alignment as your body changes.
💨 Enhance breathing and pelvic floor coordination for birth.

When can I start the program?

You can start the program at any stage of your pregnancy. Many women join in their second trimester, but we welcome all trimesters.

Is the program covered by private health insurance?

If your private health fund covers Exercise Physiology or Clinical Pilates, you may be eligible for a rebate on some sessions. We recommend checking with your provider for details.

We would love to be part of your prenatal journey.

Movement matters throughout pregnancy and we are passionate about educating women about the role of well prescribed exercise for your pelvic health and postnatal recovery.
