Course Dates 2024/2025
Where are you on your pregnancy journey?
1st Trimester
Through your 1st Trimester, once you have completed an Initial Assessment you are able to participate in all of any.BODY Studio’s group reformer classes. In these classes we will modify as required, educate about breathing and ensure you are laying a good foundation for the later stages of your pregnancy.
Group Reformer
We have a variety of group reformer classes that are suitable during the first trimester. Choose from mindful movement reformer, stretch & flow reformer and dynamic reformer. These classes are a great way to keep your regular reformer Pilates routine, but ensure you are safe and looked after in a group class.
2nd + 3rd Trimester
Through your 2nd and 3rd trimester you can continue to attend all of any.BODY’s Reformer Classes. It is during these stages that it is a good idea to try and attend our Pregnancy Pilates Classes. You will be advised in your assessment if we believe that our general reformer classes will not be the ideal movement solution for you during your prenatal journey.
Clinical Pilates during Pregnancy
Our Clinical Pilates Classes are the most economical way to get a personalised approach to your prenatal exercise journey. In these classes we can provide you with exactly it is that you need (weights, stretching, breathing, Pilates) and in most combination its a combination of all of the above!
