Over 40 days, you’ll complete 20 Reformer Pilates classes and receive a 1:1 Discovery Session with an expert practitioner to ensure a tailored, supportive experience. Reformer + Strength Fusion
Move As You Are: 40 Day Challenge
Celebrate movement for the joy it brings with our inclusive 40-day challenge. Enjoy 20 classes, blending Strength Training (in our boutique gym with exercise physiologists) and Reformer Pilates, plus a 1:1 Strength Assessment to ensure you feel confident and supported. This holistic approach builds strength, mobility, and control—helping you move for the love of it, at your own pace. Let’s get started, together!

Clinical & Tailored

Designed for those seeking a tailored and supportive approach, this challenge helps you reconnect with movement in a safe, compassionate environment. It includes 15 Clinical Classes (capped at three participants) and a 1:1 Initial Exercise Physiology Consultation to create a personalized plan that meets your needs. Perfect for individuals with low confidence, ongoing pain, or injuries, this challenge empowers you to move with confidence and ease while being part of a supportive community.
