Exercise Physiology

Our team of women’s health exercise physiologists provides expert, evidence-based movement solutions for a wide range of conditions. We are NDIS registered, accept DVA referrals, and see clients under Enhanced Primary Care (EPC/CDM) with Medicare rebates.

Pathways to exercise independence

Start where you are, build what you need

Complex Health Needs

Hypermobility, dysautonomia/POTS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, post-surgical, postpartum (complex), prenatal (complex), injury rehab.

  • Start: 1:1 sessions (1–2×/wk) + home program
  • Education for condition/injury management
  • Progress to EP-led small group if suitable
  • Then Strength / Reformer classes as confidence grows

Pregnancy

  • Prenatal assessment
  • Guided strength + Pilates-based support
  • Birth-prep considerations where relevant

Postpartum

  • Postpartum screening (for classes) or Initial Consultation (complex)
  • Return-to-strength progressions with coaching
  • Confidence rebuilding + load management

Diverse Bodies

  • BOLD – Initial Assessment
  • Supportive pathways to build confidence in movement
  • Options to progress into group classes when ready

Individualised support with an Exercise Physiologist

Our 1:1 exercise physiology sessions provide personalised support and expert guidance to help you move safely, build strength, and manage your health with confidence. You’ll leave with clear next steps, plus education and coaching that matches your body and your life.

When to book an Exercise Physiologist

  • After having a baby / cancer / surgery; movements cause pain or feel unsafe
  • EDS/hypermobility, POTS, CFS/ME or fibromyalgia
  • Pain where traditional approaches haven’t helped
  • Pelvic floor concerns (heaviness, pain with sex)
  • Hysterectomy, laparoscopy, mastectomy — rehab support
  • Want to start exercising but unsure what’s right for you
  • Re-occurring pain or injuries
  • Osteopenia/osteoporosis risk; strength for bone health
